Smokers inhale very disgusting things….all cigrattes are made of tar (use to pave streets/roads/driveways),hydrogen cyanide (poison that kill rats), benzene – chemical is used in manufacturing gasoline,acetone(find in nail polish remover) and formaldehyde(what they use to preserve dead bodies).

Smoking causes  heart disease,lung cancer and emphysema. Also cause oral cancer (mouth cancer) is included in a specific group of cancers called oral and head and neck cancer.

How to quit smoking….

1.Use mental conditioning and will power by learn to build strength and endurance through exercising your mind.

2.Work with the thoughts that don’t serve your best interests… change the language.

3.Shift your focus and correct the language by countering with something…going to places SMOKE-FREE.

4.Mix with non-smoker friends.

5.Positive self-talk is a stepping stone to positive action.

Long term, team players needed, for challenging,
permanent work in an often chaotic environment.
Candidates must possess excellent communication
and organizational skills and be willing to work
variable hours, which will include evenings and weekends
and frequent 24 hour shifts on call.
Some overnight travel required, including trips to
primitive camping sites on rainy weekends and endless sports tournaments in far away cities!

Prevention of COUGH

Acute coughs usually begin suddenly and are often due to a cold, flu, or sinus infection.

1) Take ‘benzydamine hydrochloride’ spray on the prevention of a sore throat.

2) Quit smoking or don’t smoke in the first place.

3) Stay away from secondhand cigarette smoke and airborne irritants.

4)You can take these herbs such as sundew,echinacea,  and coltsfoot. Licorice,to relieve respiratory ailments from allergies, bronchitis, colds, and sore throats.Jamaica dogwood is a potent herb and should be used only under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

5) Take marshmallow.

6)Cough lozenges or hard candy can help dry, tickling coughs. These should never be given to a child under 3 years old.

7)Inhaled anticholinergic agent (ipratropium bromide) are used to relax your airways and improve your breathing if your cough is related to asthma, bronchitis, or emphysema.

8)Eucalyptus oil acts loosens phlegm in the respiratory.It can be found in many lozenges, cough syrups, and vapor baths.

9)Garlic and ginger,can help prevent cough and shorten the duration of symptoms (such as cough) once you have a cold.

10) Linden flowers may be recommended by an herbalist for colds, cough, or fever.

11) Try eating hot chili peppers, horseradish or other spicy foods. They will help loosen mucus.

12) Honey Syrup.Mix with honey and a little warm water. Take a tablespoonful several times a day.

13) Honey Lemon. Mix honey with juice of a fresh lemon and take as needed.

14) Honey Lime.Mix equal parts of lime juice and honey.

15)Thyme Tea. Make a tea using two tablespoons of fresh (one tablespoon of dried) thyme in a cup of boiling water; steep, covered, for four minutes; strain and drink hot.

16)Onion juice. Make a syrup by combining 1 teaspoonful of raw onion juice with 1 teaspoonful of honey.

17)Aloe vera juice. Mix equal parts of aloe vera juice and honey and take a tablespoon a day or needed.

18)Add a few drops of eucalyptus to a carrier oil and rub on your chest.

19)Peppermint.Add 10-15 drops to a pot of steaming water and inhale the vapors.

20)Honey drink.Add a tablespoon of honey to a glass of boiling water and drink as needed.

21)For a child, mix of tulsi,ginger,honey in form of paste or just with her warm milk.

22)Basil drink.Water boiled with basil leaves.

23)Ginger Tea. Mixed sliced thin or grated ginger, fresh lemon(sliced),mashed garlic,water and generous spoonful of honey. Place water, ginger, lemon, & garlic in saucepan; bring to boil, then turn down heat and simmer gently for 20 min. Add lots of honey.

24) Take vitamin C, enhances immune function for acute bronchitis and has anti-allergy benefits for chronic bronchitis.

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mo! bile phone near you, switch it off first.

Saponins are found in many plants and in the animal kingdom. Saponins have a soapy character due to their surfactant properties. Saponins are steroid-like chemicals connected to sugar molecules that occur naturally in plants. Saponins are believed to have anti-oxidant,anti-cancer,anti-flammatory and anti-viral properties. They have been used to treat diabetes;liver ailments such as hepatitis;disease related to cardiovascular problems as such high blood pressure,high cholesterol, and blood clots;and mental and physical stress.

Saponins are found in a number of foods and herbs including:
1.Alfalfa herb
2.Agave plant
3.Bacopa Monierri – Bacoside A, the putative bioactive component of the Indian medicinal plant Bacopa monnieri, was found to be a mixture of saponins with bacoside A3, bacopaside II, jujubogenin isomer of bacopasaponin C and bacopasaponin C as major constituents.
4.Diosgenin is a steroidal saponin extracted from the root of Wild Yam

5.Fenugreek herb
6.Ginseng – the ginsenoside compositions in Ginseng herbs of different origins are of considerable variability. Total saponin contents varied by 10-fold. Chikusetsu-ninjin derived from Panax japonicus (Japan) was found to have the highest content (192.80 – 296.18 mg/g) and Ginseng from Panax ginseng to be the lowest.
