Smokers inhale very disgusting things….all cigrattes are made of tar (use to pave streets/roads/driveways),hydrogen cyanide (poison that kill rats), benzene – chemical is used in manufacturing gasoline,acetone(find in nail polish remover) and formaldehyde(what they use to preserve dead bodies).
Smoking causes heart disease,lung cancer and emphysema. Also cause oral cancer (mouth cancer) is included in a specific group of cancers called oral and head and neck cancer.
How to quit smoking….
1.Use mental conditioning and will power by learn to build strength and endurance through exercising your mind.
2.Work with the thoughts that don’t serve your best interests… change the language.
3.Shift your focus and correct the language by countering with something…going to places SMOKE-FREE.
4.Mix with non-smoker friends.
5.Positive self-talk is a stepping stone to positive action.
