California, June 18, 2011 / – The dress made of meat that used the U.S. pop star Lady Gaga will be on display at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Gaga dress with layers of meat using Argentina as it appears on the MTV video music awards last year.

Clothing made from meat that had been sewn by hand and stored in a closet meat preservative before being brought to the museum. It was also been repainted to retain its original color.

A spokesman for the museum of Rock and Roll Hall Margaret Thresher said the dress could be seen “as dark as dull flesh,” which is why repainted to give a fresher appearance. Gaga gown, while receiving the best video award for the song Bad Romance was created by designer Franc Fernandez and Nichola Formichetti.

Gaga in a talk show with host Ellen DeGeneres says that the dress has many interpretations. She said “If we do not insisted on what we believe, and we do not fight for our rights, then the sooner we will be the same time as the meat attached to our bones. And I’m not a piece of meat.”

This dress is on display as part of the exhibition Women Who Rock: Vision, Passion, and Power which will last until February 2012. Gaga Lady Photo, musical arrangement and her clothes will also be on display.
